By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or our services.
1. Nature of Services
HelpWithDissertation.uk provides academic support services intended strictly for research assistance, reference use, and educational guidance. All work delivered is supplied as model material to help users better understand structure, research methods, and academic presentation.
The Company does not encourage plagiarism, academic misconduct, or submission of provided material as one’s own assessed work. Responsibility for compliance with institutional policies rests solely with the user.
2. Eligibility
Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Order Placement
To place an order, users must submit accurate and complete information via the online order or contact form. This includes academic requirements, deadlines, and valid contact details.
Orders are confirmed only once full or agreed partial payment has been received. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if requirements are unclear, unethical, or violate these Terms.
4. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
- Payments must be made in advance
- Orders will not commence until payment confirmation is received
- Prices may vary if order requirements change after payment
The Company is not responsible for additional bank or payment gateway charges incurred by the user.
5. Delivery of Work
All completed work is delivered electronically via the email address provided at the time of order placement.
Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring correct email details are provided
- Checking inbox, spam, and junk folders
- Downloading and saving delivered files promptly
Progressive or staged delivery may be offered for eligible orders, subject to deadline length and order value.
6. Revisions Policy
Free revisions are provided for 14 days following final delivery, provided the revision request:
- Falls within the original order instructions
- Does not introduce new or conflicting requirements
Revision requests must be submitted clearly and in one consolidated message. Requests involving new content, structural changes, or additional research may incur extra charges.
7. Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes internal quality checks to ensure alignment with the original brief. Sample work of assigned writers may be requested (where applicable) strictly for quality evaluation purposes and must not be reused, copied, or redistributed.
The Company reserves the right to reassign writers if quality standards are not met.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered under specific circumstances only:
- Duplicate payment: Full refund of the duplicate amount
- Confirmed plagiarism exceeding 30%: Full refund (supported by credible evidence)
- Writer not assigned or work not started: Up to 80% refund
- Work in progress: Partial refunds (25%–70%) depending on completion stage
Once work is delivered, refunds are limited to quality-related issues where revision options have been exhausted. Orders with urgent deadlines (24–48 hours) are not eligible for cancellation.
All approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks
Users are required to contact customer support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks raised without prior communication are treated as a breach of these Terms.
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate user access
- Withhold services
- Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation
10. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, users receive ownership rights to the delivered work for personal reference use. The Company retains the right to store anonymised extracts for internal quality and training purposes.
Delivered work must not be resold, published, or redistributed for commercial gain.
11. No Grade Guarantee
While work is prepared to meet requested academic standards (e.g., 2:1 level), no specific grades or outcomes are guaranteed. Academic evaluation decisions remain entirely with educational institutions.
Dissatisfaction based solely on grades awarded does not qualify for refunds.

Delays caused by lack of communication may result in adjusted deadlines.
